One client x Two advisers = A superb service!

Receiving feedback from clients is always appreciated. We were delighted when Richard took the time to contact us separately about 2 advisers who had recently helped him achieve his financial goals.

Our self-employed adviser, Vik was recommended to his client, Richard, by Richard’s friend. Richard wanted to move his family to a larger home. He had a budget in mind and needed to know what was possible within that budget. After searching the market and recommending the most suitable product, Vik was able to secure a mortgage offer. However, just before completion, the lender reduced their interest rates! Vik was able to negotiate a lower rate product for his client, saving him around £60 per month. Richard was delighted and commented:

“From start to finish, Vickram was a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge of the available products and requirements is fantastic. He was very thorough and patient throughout the whole (mortgage) process, which at times was challenging. He was always available and quick to respond to calls and emails. I would highly recommend Vickram.” 

But that was not the end of Richard’s journey with Peritus. As part of our duty to protect our customers, Vik discussed Richard’s protection provision and discovered his current policies were not robust enough to cover the further borrowing.

As Richards’ needs were quite complex, Vik referred his case to our in-house protection expert, Jamie. He, like all our advisers, is independent and therefore has access to the whole of the market and is not tied to one provider. After speaking to Richard to gather a greater understanding of his circumstances, Jamie was able to put together the perfect package of cover to ensure the protection Richard required for his family. Richard said:
